This A5 Wild Swimming Logbook features the uplifting “You Never Regret a Swim” design - a bold and joyful reminder of the magic of cold water swimming. 

Inside, there is space for 70 swims, with prompts to record location, water conditions, temperature and reflections, encouraging a mindful connection to the outdoors.

Designed to be sent instead of a card, it includes a C5 envelope and illustrated A7 message card, and sits under 100g for standard UK letter postage

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Each item is printed, framed to order, and packed by hand here in the UK.

- UK Deliveries

UK standard delivery for orders under £50 is £3.95.

For orders over £50, UK shipping standard shipping  is free.

We aim to despatch within 3-4 days of receiving your order, and delivery takes approx a further 2 days. This is not guaranteed, and we advise that you get in touch if you need further information. At busy times, the delivery time may extend. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next working day.

Express Delivery is £8.95 and takes approx 2 business days to reach you. This is not a guaranteed next day service.  Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next working day.

For single greeting cards we are also pleased to offer 1st or 2nd class stamp Royal Mail service.
